Summer Engineering Institute

The College of Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology has partnered with Leadership Education And Development (LEAD) to offer a 3-week residency Summer Engineering Institute (SEI) with a focus on under-represented minority rising 11^th and 12^th graders from across the nation. The students work in teams to plan, design, and research the economical and social impacts of a selected engineering problem; as well as, participate in corporate visits, laboratory tours, and collegiate/skill workshops.
