Raj Sardana
Founder and CEO
Innova Solutions
A distinguished entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience, Georgia Tech alumnus Raj Sardana (M.S. ME ‘82) has led multinational companies across several industries, including investment and workforce management.
In 1998, Sardana founded American CyberSystems, which was later rebranded as Innova Solutions. Under his visionary leadership, the company has evolved into a global powerhouse that employs more than 50,000 professionals and reports annual revenues approaching $3 billion.
Throughout Innova’s growth, Sardana has remained committed to giving back to communities in need around the world. In 2013, he and his wife, Nita, established the Innova Foundation to facilitate the company’s support of non-profit organizations, including the YWCA’s Teen Girls in Technology Program, Women in Technology, and the Atlanta Food Bank. In India, where Innova has several offices and delivery centers, the company supports the Earth Saviours Foundation − a Delhi-based organization that works to promote social consciousness and environmentalism.
Sardana is an active member of the Wall Street Journal’s CEO Council and the Forbes Business Council. In 2023, he was recognized as one of “Atlanta’s Most Admired CEOs” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and named “…one of the country’s most successful immigrant entrepreneurs…” in a profile by Forbes<.
Before moving to the United States, Sardana graduated from the Delhi College of Engineering with a BE in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech and an Advanced Management Program certification from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
