Tech Tower

The College of Engineering at Georgia Tech and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) have announced dual degree programs in electrical and computer engineering. The new programs will be offered at two campus locations: Georgia Tech’s main campus in Atlanta and at KAIST in Daejeon, Republic of Korea.


Georgia Tech students participating in this program will spend their first and fourth year in in Atlanta and the second and third in at KAIST.  KAIST students spend their first two years in Daejeon and final two in Atlanta.  Alternatively, Georgia Tech masters students will spend their first year in Atlanta and second in Korea, while KAIST students will spend their first year in KAIST and their second year in Atlanta. 


KAIST has approximately 8,000 students and is home to one of the top science and engineering programs in South Korea and Asia.  For more information, go to http://www.kaist.edu/edu.html
