Election as an SME Fellow is limited to a select group of individuals each year, making it one of the most prestigious honors bestowed by the Society. In fact, only six individuals were elected this year.

Dr. Liang will attend the 2012 Fellows Installation Ceremony, a formal, black-tie banquet to be held on November 10, 2012, in Las Vegas, Nevada, alongside the SME Fall Meeting and FABTECH. Other invitees to this banquet will include the SME Board of Directors, SME Member Council and current SME Fellows. The newly elected 2013 SME Officers and Directors will also be installed at the banquet. It is sure to be a memorable evening for everyone involved.
