ChBE wins Council for Chemical Research University Safety Award
The Council for Chemical Research (CCR) has selected the School of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering to receive the 2015 CCR University Safety Award. This award was instituted in 2014, and is presented annually to an academic department which has demonstrated significant progress in creating a culture of safety in chemical research. The award will be presented to a ChBE representative at the 2015 CCR Annual Meeting, which will be held May 4‐6, 2015 in Alexandria, VA.
The Council for Chemical Research bestows these awards annually on individuals and groups who exemplify the spirit of research collaboration across organizational and sector boundaries.
